"Body Combat"!
We are now offering Les Mills
Body Combat at Peak Fitness! This fun and
challenging cardio class can burn up to 730 calories in 1 class!
Combat will strengthen your core, upper and lower body strength and absolutely
increase your cardio ability!
Body Combat is our mixed martial arts/kick boxing class that draws from a
variety of disciplines such as karate, boxing, tai chi, tae kwon do and muay
thai. Punch, kick and knee your way through calories to superior cardio fitness!
Starting on January 23rd,
Combat is offered on Mondays at 6pm, Thursdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 11am.
For one low rate, you can attend as many Combat classes as you can
handle! Les Mills memberships run over a 4 week period and you can start at any time!
