NOW OFFERING YOGA!

Peak Fitness Workouts is proud to introduce Sarah Whiteman as our in house yoga instructor! Power yoga takes place on Sundays at 9am. Each class lasts approximately 1 and 20 minutes. Please bring your own mats and towels.

Next session starts November 28th! Drop ins are welcome for $15 per session. (Cash or check only for drop ins please)
