Paul Lee, BA, PTA
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from Clark
University and Associates in Physical Therapy from Becker
College in Worcester.
In October of 2008, Paul created and developed Peak Fitness
to promote fitness, health and weight loss.
In three years,
Peak Fitness Boot Camp has grown
to over 100 active members and
the total continues to grow! He
uses his knowledge and background in physical therapy and
to help boot campers and personal training clients over come
injury and achieve maximum results in fitness and weight loss.
With over 10 years of experience
in the field of physical therapy, Paul has
become proficient in multiple areas of manual techniques
including Myofascial Massage, Myofascial Release, Strain Counter
Strain and is certified in Mulligan Mobilizations and
The Graston Technique® levels I and II. He has been
employed at some of the best outpatient/sports rehabilitation facilities in central
Massachusetts including South County Physical Therapy, Physical
Therapy Innovations and most recently
Worcester Physical Therapy
Services.
Being a former collegiate athlete, he began training athletes as
part of their rehabilitation program and getting them ready to
return to their sport. Through the years, it has become his
passion. In 2003 he created "The Elite Athlete Training Camp",
which is a speed, strength and conditioning camp with an
emphasis on ACL injury prevention, and it has become one of the
most comprehensive training programs in the Worcester area.
From 2003-2007, he designed the preseason strength and
conditioning program
for the Clark University Women's Basketball Team. During that
time, his players achieved the following:

Paul's focus and motivation is to
help anyone and everyone succeed in their quest for fitness and
health regardless of age, ability or medical history.
Nicole Simmler, BS, CSCS
Nicole earned
her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from Keene
State College in New Hampshire recently attained her Certified
Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification. During her
time at Keene State College Nicole worked with the Head Strength
and Condition Coach, Sarah Testo, assisting her with the Women’s
Lacrosse team and the Men’s Baseball team. Nicole also worked in
the school weight room, where she administered fitness
assessments and interpreted tests results to develop a safe and
effective individualized exercise program for each of her
personal training clients.
In 2010, Nicole
interned with Jeff Oliver and Jeremy Frisch at the “Be Athletic”
Sports Performance Program held at Holy Cross where she
instructed and led athletes through a program that involved
weight training, plyometric, speed and agility drills.
Nicole was also
a member of the Keene State Women’s Basketball team. She was a
three year starter and earned All LEC First Team honors her
sophomore year and All LEC Second Team honors her junior and
senior year. She was also named to the Division III Coaches
association. She is the 15th all time leading scorer
with 1,043 and the 7th all time leading rebounder
with 625. Nicole continues to be involved with the basketball
and is now an assistant coach on the Anna Maria College Women’s
basketball staff in Paxton, Mass.
Chris Colabello - Baseball Skills Instructor
Chris recently completed his
seventh year of professional baseball. Beyond his time with the
Worcester Tornadoes, he spent parts of two years with the
Detroit Tigers Organization and won one of his two Can-Am League
Championships with the Nashua Pride.
He is the all time Can-Am league hits leader as well as the
longest tenured Tornado. The Milford native and Assumption
College Alum is also the all time Tornadoes leader in Batting
Average, Games, At Bats, Runs, Hits, Doubles, Home Runs, Runs
Batted In and walks. He holds Can-Am league records for doubles
(34), and extra base hits (51) in a single season and individual
game records of homers in a game (3), a feat he accomplished
twice, and RBI in a game (10).
In 2011, Chris was awarded the
Can-Am Player Of The Year Award and the Independent Leagues
Player Of The Year by Baseball America for hitting .348 with 20
home runs and 76 RBI..
