Elite Athlete Training Camp


The Elite Athlete Training Camp is our 5 week summer strength and speed program for high school and college athletes and has been in existence since 2002. The Elite Athlete Training Camp was initially created to help decrease the occurrence of ACL injuries in the female athlete. Based on the Cincinnati ACL Protocol, we take a "pre-hab" approach to our training where emphasis is placed on a balance of strength, flexibility, form and function over volume.

Over the years, we have grown to incorporate speed/agility work and have become one of the best overall strength and conditioning camps in the area for both male and female athletes. We use the most sophisticated and current training techniques available today to help you become an ELITE ATHLETE! Our campers will be instructed and trained in all of the following areas:

  • PLYOMETRICS
  • LINEAR SPEED
  • LATERAL SPEED
  • STRENGTH TRAINING
  • OLYMPIC LIFTING
  • CORE TRAINING
  • FLEXIBILITY

Every camper will get pre and post camp testing as well as an individualized break down of the results.


Summer 2011 Sessions Are As Follows:

  • Session I runs from June 27th - July 29th. ($400)
  • Session II runs from Aug 1st - Aug 13th. ($200)

Signup for both sessions and get a 10% discount ($540)

All campers will receive a high performance Elite Athlete Training Camp t-shirt.

Camp sessions run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11am - 1pm. Wednesday is used as a "recovery" day.

Please note that The Elite Athlete Training Camp is limited to 12 athletes. Once we reach 12 campers, that's it for enrollment so don't miss out and sign up now!
