Our boot campers are as diverse as they get! From ages 17- 73, male and female, beginners to fitness fanatics, we have them all! Meet some of our current boot campers and see some of our workouts:

Meet Melissa S. She joined our boot camp in March of 2011. Melissa has lost over 55 pounds with us and over 100 pounds overall!
