Owned by physical therapists, our coaching staff includes Exercise Physiologists, Certified Personal Trainers with the most recognized certifications in the field, Lifestyle Coaches, Athletic Trainers, and graduate degree specialists in the field of Human Movement and Performance.

Paul Lee

BA, PTA

Paul is one of the owners at Peak and is a lead fitness instructor and trainer.  Paul offers personal training programs to adults and athletes, with a specialization in baseball and softball. Paul has over 15 years of experience in rehabilitation and fitness training.

Bridget Sullivan

BS, ASCM EP-C, CSCS

Bridget is a lead fitness instructor and athletic coach at Peak. She also represents Peak as a strength and conditioning coach for Becker College in Worcester. Bridget has experience working with a wide range of populations in both adult fitness and athletic performance training.
